What data is processed
This is an informational website. It has no forms, user accounts or newsletter and does not accept orders. We do not ask visitors to submit personal data. However, displaying a website requires its hosting provider to process connection data.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Its infrastructure processes technical connection data, including your IP address and request information, which may include the request time, resource address and information sent by your browser. This supports delivery, availability, diagnostics and protection against abuse. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating an available and secure website.
Netlify and its infrastructure providers may receive this data. Technical data is retained as needed for connection handling, diagnostics and security under the provider's retention arrangements; data related to a specific incident may be retained as necessary to investigate it and protect legal claims. We do not maintain our own database of visitor profiles.
Transfers outside the EEA
Netlify's infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify's data processing agreement provides for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, in the circumstances described in that agreement, standard contractual clauses: Netlify — DPA .
Email services may also involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States. ImprovMX identifies standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement. Cookies and external content
This website's code does not set cookies or use localStorage and contains no advertising or analytics scripts. Images, fonts and video are served with the website, without an embedded YouTube player or external widgets. Amazon links lead to a separate service governed by its own privacy rules. Simply viewing our website does not load an embedded Amazon service.
Voluntary correspondence
If you contact us by email or post, we process the information you provide and your message to respond and handle your enquiry, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply without contact details. Correspondence is retained while handling the matter and afterwards only as necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Email is handled by ImprovMX (forwarding) and Google, the provider of Gmail (receipt and storage). These services and their infrastructure providers may process sender and recipient addresses, message contents, attachments and technical delivery data. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Data portability applies in the circumstances specified in Article 20 GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority. We do not make decisions about visitors based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
